A WOMAN"S RIGHT TO CHOOSE

No I have not changed my opinion about Abortion, but for those who do, why all the criicism of the woman who chose to have 8 Babies & has 14 altogether now. Doidn't she have the right to choose life for each of these babies?
She is a woman who has a large capacity for love, so why is she being asked by a reporter " What were you thinking? as if she committed some major crime.

I watched her on TV as she visited those little babies in their little isolets or whatever they are called. At each one she talked to them & touched their little hands. Love just readiated from her.

There are thousands & thousands of women who have had abortions since Roe vs Wade went into effect. I for one am happy to see this courage. She did not know that all these embrios would be viabil & live when they were implanted. From what I understand, this is usually not the case. We can only assume that the Lord did & has a plan for each of these lives.

I hope some of these companies will donate the needed items.& that some of the families on TV of mutiples will offer encouragement & advice.

Mom, I agree...

With the last few weeks being so busy, I haven't followed this story at all... just heard about it.

But it is amazing how people can be so critical of someone's right to bring life into the world when they are willing to love that life...but yet think it's OK to destroy life.
Doesn't make much sense!

Good post, Mom...
(and so glad to see you posting again!) :)

I have mixed feelings -- in that she already has two special needs children that not only require so much of her time ... but, they also are receiving government $$

Now she has less time -- and will it be her money or more of my tax dollars that will help raise her children?

I don't think God designed the human body to have a litter.. (cats and dogs do have 8 babies at a time)

Those babies didn't happen naturally -- they were implanted.

There are just so many questions that don't have positive answers.

In the end, I do hope she loves them and cares for them beyond what others are giving her credit.

Pamela, You raised some good questions. Did you watch her interveiw with Ann Curry last night? She is well educated & said that she plans to go back to work at some point & support them. Hopefully she will do that. She seems to be a person who follows through on her plans. I know her mom isn't too happy with her as she has had to be the caregiver for her other kids. I believe she has strong pro-life feelings & couldn't bear to have the fetuses destroyed.
